Lesley Buchanan
Lesley is a Dual Qualified Chartered Surveyor and Town Planner.
She is currently the Directorate Admissions Lead (BEA), Programme Leader – MSc Town and Country Planning and Lecturer, MSc Real Estate and Property Management and BSc Real Estate Development and Management at University of Salford
She has over 25 years of industry experience in both public and private sectors and has managed a number of large, diverse, commercial property portfolios
She is a member of the RTPI, RICS and FHEA and is an RICS NW Regional Board Ambassador, Accreditation panel member, APC Assessor/Chair and Outreach Inspire Ambassador.
When not working, Lesley's hobbies include riding her horse, Lottie, keeping fit with pilates and walking her very bouncy springer spaniel, Monty.
Kevin Aspin
Kevin is the owner of Aspin and Company Ltd, Chartered Surveyors (Est 2010)
He has 30 years experience in Local Government and is MRICS and Registered Valuer (RV) and a Professional Advisor to Public Sector Bodies

He is an RICS Licensed APC Chair and has been an assessor for 15 years
​
He is currently Programme Director– MSc Real Estate and Property Management and Lecturer BSc Real Estate Development and Management at the University of Salford
HIs is also a CPD Training Consultant/Advisor
When not working, Kevin's hobbies include playing and coaching a local football team and supporting Oldham Athletic
